LoHi Loft Recently Completed

This loft the Denver LoHi district, owned by client
Marni Colbert, was a fantastic project. It is a one
bedroom loft with a very open floor plan. Cleaning up
the line-of-sight to the kitchen by making the island
all one level was priority one, visually and
functionally.
Marni needed her home to feel like her own personal retreat. She often works from home, so she wanted to maximize the potential for her space by increasing it's warmth and character. She wanted clean-line, comfortable contemporary finishes and surroundings.
She had existing concrete floors - - a favorite feature of her home. We incorporated similar finishes (Silestone countertops, cross-cut bleached cork flooring, black matte ceramic subway tile) that were simplistic, yet complimentary to the foundation.
